We've purposely designed our high-quality products so that it can grow with your pet. Because of this, all HPZ products sold here and from our authorized resellers are covered by an unprecedented LIFE-TIME warranty for new (non-refurnished) strollers, starting from the day it was purchased!

⭐️LIFE TIME NON-TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY ON NEW (NON-REFURNISHED) PRODUCTS

FOR WARRANTY TO BE VALID, YOU WILL NEED TO:

1. Have registered your product on this website (only if you did not purchase the product on this website) OR submit an RMA REQUEST on this website.
2. Provide proof of purchase (electronic or hardcopy) from a HPZ's authorized reseller if you did not purchase on this website.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

• Wheels are covered by 3-year warranty (see below).
• Normal wear and tear.
• Incorrect or inappropriate usage of product including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manuals.
• Casualties and carelessness including those caused by both unsuitable parts and by both air or freight transportation.
• Personal opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features or aesthetics.
• Incorrect mounting or installation of third party parts that are incompatible with the product.
• Discoloration or other damage caused by pollution, sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals.
• Corrosion or rust on the product due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
• Abuse, neglect, or accident.

WHAT IS COVERED: HPZ Trading Company (hereinafter referred to as “HPZ“) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its products except wheels, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for life time from the purchase date. 

An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. The limited warranty is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells or transfers a HPZ product. In the event of defect, these are your exclusive remedies. 

Pursuant to this non-transferable limited warranty, HPZ will replace the part with condition that is comparable to the condition of the part being warrantied. This non-transferable limited warranty will then apply to the replaced part for the remainder of the original non-transferable limited warranty period.

PROPER PRODUCT USE: This product is designed only for use with domesticated or aggressive animals; do not use this product for any other purpose. However, the specific temperament of your animal may not work with this product. We recommend that you do not use this product if your animal is aggressive. If you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your animal, please consult with your veterinarian or certified trainer before you use this product. Please see the instruction manual for additional important information.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM: To obtain warranty on a HPZ product, contact the HPZ Customer Care Center.

SHIPPING FEE: For 48 lower states in USA, free standard shipping is provided for the 3-month period from the date of delivery. Expedited and international shipping methods are available for additional fees. Please contact our customer service center for shipping fee of other USA regions and non-USA delivery. Local pickup is free of charge at our Los Angeles offices.

DISCLAIMERS: HPZ reserves the right to void this warranty at our discretion without notice. Warranty service as provided under this non-transferable limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. HPZ reserves the right to discontinue a particular model, color, fabric, part, or accessory. In the event that a specific model or part under warranty is unavailable when a replacement is needed, HPZ will provide a replacement parts, an equivalent model or a different model for an additional fee.

This non-transferable limited warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. HPZ expressly disclaims and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HPZ also disclaims and excludes all liability for incidental, consequential, punitive, direct, indirect, special or any other damages arising out of or connected with the purchase, use or misuse of this product or for the breach of any express or implied warranties or breach of contract or otherwise. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities from the use or misuse of this product. HPZ does not authorize any other person or agent to make any other express or implied warranties.

Furthermore, HPZ will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from delay in delivery of replacement parts due to circumstances beyond HPZ's control.

⭐️3-YEARS WHEELS REPLACEMENT LIMITED COVERAG ON NEW (NON-REFURNISHED) PRODUCTS

FOR COVERAGE TO BE VALID, YOU WILL NEED TO:

WHAT IS COVERED: HPZ provides front and rear wheel replacements to the original retail consumer purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, when subject to normal and proper residential use, free of charge for 3 years from the purchase date. A maximum of two front wheels and/or two rear wheels are covered for a period of 12 months.

An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. This limited coverage is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells or transfers a HPZ product. In the event of defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

MAKING A REPLACEMENT CLAIM: To obtain wheel replacement, contact the HPZ Customer Care Center.

SHIPPING FEE: For 48 lower states in USA, a shipping and handling fee of minimum $15 will be charged for each replacement wheel, unless the customer provides a pre-paid shipping label or opts to pick up locally at our Los Angeles office. Expedited and international shipping methods are available for additional fees. Please contact our customer service for shipping fee of outside-USA delivery.

Pursuant to this non-transferable limited coverage, HPZ will replace the wheel(s) in new or refurbished condition. This non-transferable limited coverage will then apply to the replaced wheel(s) for the remainder of the original non-transferable limited coverage period.

DISCLAIMERS: HPZ reserves the right to void this coverage at our discretion without notice. Replacement wheels as provided under this non-transferable limited coverage is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. HPZ reserves the right to discontinue a particular color or part. Should a particular part that is under warranty become unavailable and in need of replacement, HPZ will replace it with an equivalent part.
